Tanzania offers some of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife, cultures and landscapes to hone
your skills while photographing. Tanzania is MUST on any photographers wish list, but rates
very high for photographers who thrive with golden light, a vast array of resident and
migratory wildlife along with ancient backdrops and tribal life. Be taken under the wing of one
of our expert photography guide, helping you to obtain optimal light, optimal viewing and
optimal photographic outcomes. Our vehicle can be modified to rollback canvas roof (if
preferred), seat removal (if preferred), in-car charging system, bean bags and dust covers at
the ready and the expertise of our team.

Arrive Kilimanjaro. Meet for transfer to accommodation for overnight.
After breakfast, road transfer to Tarangire National Park. Enter the park for gamedriving and exploration. Known for its backdrop of baobabs, true sense ofwilderness and massive elephant herds, this park with its dry river bed for mostof the year shares some wonderful photographic opportunities throughout theyear.
Another day in Tarangire—explore the bushveld and onto the Silalei swamp toview a mass of elephants grazing on the succulent grasses. Around the swampis the potential to spot predators as well, so beware! We take our time, patienceis often the key to incredible images. Return to camp for shower to wash off thesafari dust and then private sundowners and dinner under the stars. Early morning transfer into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This area wasdeveloped where Maasai and wildlife live in traditional lands without harm toeither. Descend into the crater floor, a collapsed volcano, World Heritage site, togame drive the base from open plain, swamp areas and acacia woodlands.Return to lodge on the crater rim for overnight.
Transfer through the Maasai homelands of Endulen and descend down into thesouthern plains of Ndutu. Best time for the wildebeest migration in this part of theseason is December – March (southern plains of Ndutu), but there are spectacularresident wildlife sights at other times also. In this season, the Ndutu area is knownfor migration herds to be dotted like ants across the open plains; all vying for thefresh green grasses in preparation for calving season from late January to earlyMarch each year. Dinner and camp-fire with the stars and sounds of the Africannight. Tonight around the camp fire, we listen to some stories of the tribes whoselands are part of where we are.
All day game driving in the Serengeti. This area is known for its incredible residentand migratory wildlife viewing. We will explore to the acacia forest, the openplains, the soda lakes and marsh areas. Our camp is located along a freshwaterstream which connects the Big Marsh to Lake Ndutu, and offers up a wonderfulconsistent flow of wildlife to drink and play. All day game driving in Ndutu. We are permitted to partake in responsible offroading in this area, getting that little bit closer for photography but keeping inmind to still keep a respectful distance so as not to impact wildlife behaviour.Our Small Marsh area often has an array of visitors from big cats to hugemigration herds to nocturnal delights. Listening to the sound of the night here ispriceless.
From November to March, Ndutu is also home to an incredible list of migratorybirds – finding them amongst the acacia woodland is thrilling; with their attractiveplumage and mating behaviours, it can give us a great opportunity forphotography. The area is also know for cheetah brotherhoods and male lioncoalitions; both viewings are spectacular when stalking, on chase or devouringprey. The photography can tell a story of their close relationships.
Early morning game drive to airstrip for flight to Kilimanjaro.
